产品介绍：
NEXTflex™ PCR-Free DNA Sequencing Kit能够提供所有的DNA建库试剂盒的优势，并且不需要扩增。在分析的时候，扩增AT或者CG丰富的基因组区域通常会导致核苷酸序列的偏差。使用特殊设计的混合酶的NEXTflex PCR-Free DNA Sequencing kit完全不需要扩增，能够更好的读取序列和减少重复序列，减少序列的成本和偏差，更能有代表性和更好的从头测序。在评估偏差方面，低质量基因的比例和高CG读取经常不能一致的针对一个参考基因组。消除PCR对序列造成的偏差，从而更具代表性。PCR也是形成大量基因副本的原因，这会增加序列的成本、二聚体的产生以及检测时的杂质。
使用NEXTflex PCR-Free DNA Sequencing Kit，降低重复序列的数量，确保更有代表性的匹配数量的序列。虽然使用NEXTflex PCR-Free DNA Sequencing Kit模板生成的数量低于NEXTflex DNA Sequencing Kit，但通过qPCR定量证实，从0.5ug的DNA，能够获得足够多的300bp-500bp的PCR-free文库用于测序。
